What is a PDF sewing pattern?

A PDF sewing pattern is an electronic file sent to your email after purchase. You will not receive anything in the mail.

 

Can I return my PDF sewing pattern?

No, since you will have unlimited access to the files after purchase, you will not be able to return the pattern.

 

I purchased a sewing pattern, but didn’t receive an email with the files.

Sorry about that! Sometimes the email can arrive in the spam folder and sometimes the email just needs a few minutes to go through. If you still can’t find the email, you can login to your account and find the files there, or you can contact me with your order number and I will send you the files.

 

I accidentally deleted the email with the pattern files and haven’t saved the files to my computer.

Don’t worry! All purchased patterns will be stored in your account on my website. Just login to your account and save them from there. You can also contact me with your order number and I will send you the files.

 

What printer settings do I need to print the pattern files correctly?

The patterns come with A4, US Letter and A0 file formats. If you choose to print the files at home you will need to make sure that the setting is set to “no scaling” or “scale: 100%”. Do NOT use the setting “scale to fit”.
If you choose to print the pattern at a copy shop, they will usually have their default printer setting to “no scaling”, but make sure you ask them and check the reference scale box before cutting and sewing the pattern.
If you have a Mac computer, make sure to save the files by selecting “export” and NOT “export to PDF” as the computer will automatically rescale/resize the files. Therefore, always choose “export” and then choose PDF as a format to maintain the size of the original file.

 

Do the sewing patterns include seam allowance?

Yes, the sewing patterns include seam allowance. Please see specific pattern instructions for seam allowance used, as it can vary.

 

Can I buy finished garments too?

At this point I do not sell finished garments.
